    Redeemed rewards are applied to your next invoice. Only redeem what you plan to use: extra free units cannot be rolled over or refunded.

Before you start earning

How do I earn Mailing Miles?

You earn 1 Mile for every 20 publication pieces you mail, automatically, with no enrollment required. New clients receive a 250-Mile Welcome Bonus after their first publication prints. You also earn 750 Miles for each client you refer after they complete their first mailing.

Do Mailing Miles expire?

No. Miles do not expire for active clients. If you go 12 consecutive months without completing a mailing, unused Miles will be forfeited. As long as you are mailing at least once a year, your balance is safe.

How do I redeem my Miles?

Each month you receive a Mailing Miles statement by email showing your balance, Miles earned and available rewards. Redeemed rewards are applied to your next invoice.

What counts as a free unit?

A free unit is one publication piece sent via standard carrier-route saturation mailing. Postage is included. Postage upgrades for custom (non-carrier-route) mailing lists are a separate charge not covered by free units. Office copies do not count as free units.
